Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FinBuro Tech platform ("Service") operated by FinBuro Tech, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FinBuro Tech provides a cloud-based financial management platform including cash flow tracking, P&L reporting, balance sheet, payroll management, treasury planning, budgeting and related tools ("Service"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@finburo.com.

One account may have multiple users under a single company subscription. Each user is subject to these Terms.

3. Territorial Restrictions

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that neither you nor the company you represent is resident, established, registered, or located in the Russian Federation. We rely on this representation when accepting your registration.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any account — without prior notice and without refund of any unused subscription period — where we determine, including through technical means such as IP geolocation, that this representation was inaccurate or that the account is otherwise associated with the Russian Federation. We may also decline to process or store data submitted by such accounts and may delete it without further notice.

This restriction exists solely for our own legal, operational and compliance reasons and does not constitute a statement regarding the legality of the Service in any jurisdiction.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is available on paid subscription plans. Pricing is listed at finburo.com/pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required for the trial period. After the trial, access requires a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any rights to your data. You can export your data at any time and request deletion under our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. FinBuro Tech is a tool — it does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

6. Bank API Credentials — Important

• You have the right to use the API credentials you provide
• You understand that connecting third-party services carries inherent security risk
• FinBuro Tech stores your credentials encrypted but cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible attacks
• FinBuro Tech is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your bank accounts via credentials you provided
• You should use read-only API keys where your bank permits it
• You can delete your bank connections at any time from Settings → Accounts

We recommend reviewing your bank's API security documentation before connecting any account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the Service to process data of third parties without their consent
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Transmit malware, viruses or any harmful code
• Circumvent the territorial restrictions described in Section 3, including through VPNs, proxies, or false representations about your location or place of incorporation

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, your access ends at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. This includes accounts found to be in breach of the territorial restrictions in Section 3.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. Accounts terminated under Section 3 may have their data deleted immediately without the 30-day export window.

11. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify or remove features at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
